A contemporary expression of Speake Marin's sport-chic identity, the Ripples Dune Date combines architectural precision with refined versatility.

Crafted in stainless steel, its distinctive "La City" case echoes London's financial district, a square bezel softened by rounded shapes, polished profile meeting satin-finished surface in quiet structural dialogue.

Look closer. The sculpted dial, adorned with twelve three-dimensional horizontal ripples, satin-finished entirely by hand, plays with light and shadow in a tone inspired by desert sand. Polished rhodium-plated hands, their heart-shaped hour tip an unmistakable signature, sweep above a green small seconds counter with sunray finish, a quiet flash of colour against the dune-toned dial. At 6 o'clock, the date window settles within a rhodium-plated frame, shot-blasted on its sides and polished on top, precision rendered even in the smallest detail. Beneath, the in-house SMA03-TD calibre, 162 hand-finished components with bevelled, Côtes de Genève bridges, delivers 52 hours of power reserve — its tungsten micro-rotor bearing an exclusive engraved pattern, visible only to those who look twice.

The Speake Marin SMA03-TD calibre powers the Ripples Date timepiece, combining advanced engineering with refined traditional finishing. The “T” stands for Tradition, highlighting the integration of high-end Swiss watchmaking finishing techniques, including rhodium-plated components, precision-crafted inner angles, and hand-polished bevels. The movement features hand-finished bridges adorned with Geneva stripes, enhancing both durability and aesthetic refinement. The SMA03-TD is an in-house automatic mechanical movement with a fully integrated micro-rotor, ensuring efficient winding while maintaining a balanced and elegant architecture. The “D” refers to the large date display positioned at 6 o’clock, offering enhanced readability within the contemporary design of the Ripples collection. With a 30.00 mm diameter and a slim 3.9 mm thickness (without hands), the calibre operates at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) and delivers a 52-hour power reserve. Composed of 162 components and 31 jewels, it ensures high precision with an average rate of +5/-5 seconds per day.
