Minute Repeater Carillon

Time, made audible.

Some hours are read. This one is heard. The Minute Repeater Carillon is the very first chiming watch to emerge from Le Cercle des Horlogers, our manufacture; a unique piece that gives Speake Marin's iconic Piccadilly case a voice of its own. At a touch, hours, quarters and minutes ring out across three gongs, a miniature carillon composed in titanium and platinum. Beneath the openworked dial, the signature red XII seems to collapse into the architecture of the movement, hand-painted, suspended over a flying tourbillon turning quietly at 6 o'clock. It is the maison's British soul at its most eloquent: understated on the wrist, unforgettable in the ear.

Look closer. The 42 mm Piccadilly case pairs a grade 5 titanium side case in grey PVD with a platinum bezel and caseback, chosen for the purity of its resonance. At its heart beats the Calibre SMA-HH02, 536 components, 51 jewels and a 60-second flying tourbillon, hand-wound with a 72-hour power reserve. Every surface tells of the bench: hand-polished bevelled cage bridges with drawn flanks, a diamond-bevelled balance wheel plated in 3N gold, heart-shaped blued hands gliding above Côtes de Genève.

The art of time, struck in sound.

Calibre SMA-HH02

The Art of Sound

The in-house SMA-HH02 calibre unites a 60-second flying tourbillon with a minute repeater carillon, embodying Speake Marin’s mastery of grand complications and refined craftsmanship.

Positioned at 6 o’clock, the flying tourbillon features a hand-finished cage and is supported by a distinctive paddle-shaped bridge, revealing the depth and complexity of the movement. Circular-grained bridges, polished screw heads and countersinks highlight the exceptional level of finishing throughout.

Operating at 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour), the manual-winding calibre delivers a 72-hour power reserve and is composed of 536 components and 51 jewels, reflecting the Maison’s commitment to haute horlogerie excellence.
