Vertical Double Tourbillon Openworked

Gravity. Harmony. Mastery.

The Vertical Double Tourbillon is Speake Marin at its most sovereign. The iconic Piccadilly case in 18K red gold frames an openworked architecture of rare clarity, where two floating vertical tourbillons suspended in space become both the subject and the soul of the timepiece.

Look closer. At the heart of the in-house calibre SMAHH-06, a patented rate equalizer synchronises the two tourbillons in perfect harmony, a technical gesture as audacious as it is invisible to the untrained eye. The off-centred display, day/night indication and power reserve indicator settle into the composition with the quiet confidence of details that know their place.

This is independent watchmaking at its most sovereign. Two tourbillons. One vision. The rare achievement of a Maison that treats mechanical complexity as a form of poetry.

The Vertical Double Tourbillon. Gravity, defied with grace.

Calibre SMA-HH06

The Balance of Mechanical Excellence

The in-house SMA-HH06 calibre is a remarkable expression of Speake Marin’s haute horlogerie expertise. This manually wound vertical double tourbillon movement features a patented rate equalizer that synchronises the two tourbillons, compensating for variations in speed to ensure exceptional chronometric performance.

Entirely re-engineered for its openworked construction, the movement is distinguished by two suspended bridges that support the tourbillons directly from the main plate, creating a striking sense of depth and transparency. Its contemporary aesthetic is further enhanced by matt black tourbillon bridges, a floating dial with gold-coated Arabic numerals, and the Maison’s signature heart-shaped golden hands.

Measuring 38.00 mm in diameter and comprising 402 components and 56 jewels, the SMA-HH06 operates at 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour) and delivers an impressive 72-hour power reserve, embodying the perfect balance between technical innovation and artistic expression.
