Programme & Philosophy
Giving the Maison’s Timepieces a New Life
The Speake Marin Certified Pre-Owned programme celebrates the Maison’s watchmaking heritage by giving a new life to a carefully selected range of timepieces from its history.
Each watch is personally selected by Speake Marin for its character, rarity and distinctive place within the Maison’s creative and technical evolution. Together, these pieces reflect the different chapters of Speake Marin’s history, its signature design codes and its singular approach to independent haute horlogerie.
The programme is entirely managed by Speake Marin. Every watch offered is owned and sold directly by the Maison.

Authenticated, Inspected and Prepared by Speake Marin.
A Rigorous Selection Process
Every timepiece considered for the programme is carefully examined by the Maison’s teams.
The selection is based on a number of essential criteria, including the watch’s authenticity, overall condition, heritage significance, compliance with Speake Marin’s standards and the Maison’s ability to maintain and service it to the highest standard.
Only timepieces that meet these exacting requirements are admitted to the Certified Pre-Owned collection.

Inspection and Preparation
CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED — CURATED BY SPEAKE-MARIN
Each certified pre-owned timepiece is personally selected by Speake Marin. This is not a resale platform, but a curated collection: rare and discontinued references, sourced and authenticated by the Maison itself, and returned to Le Cercle des Horlogers before being offered to a new owner.
Every selected timepiece undergoes a rigorous preparation process in our workshops. Depending on the individual requirements of the piece, this may include:
- verification of its authenticity and references;
- testing of the movement and its performance;
- inspection of the case, dial, hands and strap or bracelet;
- servicing or technical intervention where required;
- careful cleaning and aesthetic preparation, while respecting the integrity of the watch;
- a final quality-control inspection in accordance with the Maison's standards.
Every intervention is carried out with the utmost care to preserve the timepiece's identity, history and original character.
